The times Mickey strolled on the wrong side

The primary clash between Amy (otherwise known as Amelia) and Mickey is her riches. She originates from cash on both sides of the family and has THREE trust reserves which mean she never needs to work for money and can purchase practically anything she needs. Mickey is an independent man and works hard for a manager he doesn't care for much to volunteer as a firefighter for Magdalene. He adores his town and his group and he has for the longest time been itching to be a firefighter. (Magdalene can't bear to pay anybody in the flame office a pay, with the exception of low maintenance compensation for the Chief.) The times Mickey strolled on the wrong side of the dick line were the point at which he was focusing about Amy having more cash than him and that he couldn't issue her all that she required in view of it. The idea was on the verge of excessively retro (and not in the great route) for me. I'd have favored it, I think, if Mickey didn't originate from cash either. As it might have been, the Donovan family riches made the contention harder for me to get tied up with.
books

In The Will, Jake Spear isn't rich and he meets expectations difficult to bolster his gang. Josie is exceptionally rich (generally from her legacy from her Gran, however she wasn't harming for money before then) and I don't review there being an excess of quarrels between them over funds. Yes, Jake (*mild spoiler alert*) thought she was out of his association however riches was just a piece of that. Maybe I'm misremembering however it didn't feel like it was as large an arrangement for them to arrange as it was for Amy and Mickey.

Aside from the cash thing, there wasn't much keeping Amy and Mickey separated. They each had family stuff to manage and, for Mickey's situation, work stuff, however none of those things were a gigantic boundary to the relationship. While I like a low clash story from time to time, my top choices of your books have a tendency to be the place the stakes are higher.
